This luxury unit features two bedrooms and two baths.  The living room has a warm and cozy feel while the large sliding glass door, leading out to the balcony, offers lots of sunlight to brighten the room.   The open kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, including a washer and dryer in a separate room. The dining table seats four people and the breakfast bar can seat an additional three. The master bedroom features all wicker furniture that echoes the pristine sandy beaches outside. With the large glass door that leads out to a private balcony, you can relax in your king bed and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The master bedroom also has its own private bath with whirlpool tub. The second bedroom offers a soothing color scheme with two double beds, great for children.  There is an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Surrounding Description

The 6,500 square foot pool is the centerpiece of the resort and is one of the largest on 30-A. Built in a heavily landscaped lagoon theme, it is a favorite of kids and adults alike.  Because High Pointe is a self contained, behind the gates resort, it also has a poolside/beachside grill open for lunch and dinner, baby pool, beach and pool service, playground, shuffleboard and tennis courts.

Nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on Scenic 30-A, High Pointe Resort has become a popular getaway for families looking to vacation in South Walton County. It is also located near all of the great restaurants and shopping that South Walton has to offer. Destin and Sandestin offer water parks, additional golf, more shopping and food if you feel like leaving the beautiful area.
