DESCRIPTION
With the beach just steps away, this fourteenth floor condo is the perfect place for your next vacation.  The fabulous view of the gulf from your private balcony is not to be missed.  From here golfing, fishing, shopping and dining options are just minutes away.  Complex amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, fitness room, picnic and barbecue area, bar and grill, pizza parlor, video game room, convenience store, meeting facilities and beach service (fee applies).

Features Description

This light and airy living area features a rattan sofa and chair and is done in yellow and blue.  For your entertainment this unit also has cable TV, a DVD player and DVD rentals are included.  There is also air conditioning throughout the unit, wireless internet, an on-site laundry facility and an elevator.  Artwork and artificial plants complement the interior. The dining area has a white and blue table with four blue chairs and is right next to the fully equipped kitchen.  In the kitchen you can easily whip up a quick snack or a meal with the microwave, blender or coffee maker plus there's a dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze.  The bedroom has a king bed, also done in blue and yellow, a set of bunk beds are in the hallway and two more guests can use the sofa sleeper in the living area.

There are many things to do in and around this complex such as biking, boating/sailing, dolphin watching, fishing, golfing, parasailing, scuba diving, snorkeling plus day spa, fitness center, night clubs and of course dining and shopping. There is an amenity program which includes a complimentary pass to seasonal activities such as charter fishing, boating adventures/cruises and a water park. Sundestin Beach Resort is located in the downtown area of Destin near Henderson State Park.
