DESCRIPTION
Located in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, this cozy condo close to Lake Tahoe is a fabulous getaway for anyone. From this unit, you are located next to the family pool and tennis courts. Enjoy the day taking advantage of all the amenities this complex has to offer. You can go for a swim in one of the two pools, relax in either the sauna or hot tub. You can also get in a game or two of tennis before dinner.

Features Description

This condo features a gas fireplace that you can curl up next to and read a good book or just relax. There are two bedrooms, one and a half baths and a sofa sleeper that can sleep up to two more guests. In the living area you will find framed artwork, a TV, VCR and/or a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a microwave, coffee maker and plenty of cupboard space. Located just off of the living area is the dining area with a wood table and four chairs. In the master bedroom there is a queen bed with framed artwork. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (double bed and single bed) both with a multi-colored striped and a framed picture of polar bears.  This unit also includes a washer, dryer and all linens.

Surrounding Description

This complex features a family swimming pool, adult pool and tennis courts in the summer and an adult hot tub and sauna all year.  These condos are also close to the bus service and a bike path. You'll find plenty of shopping and dining options nearby and just thirty minutes away in South Lake Tahoe there is gambling, live shows, theaters and museums.

Nearby Attractions Description

In the summer you can go bike riding, boating or sailing, try your hand at fishing, hike and horseback ride plus various other watersports as well as rock climbing, tennis and wildlife viewing.  Come back in the winter for downhill/cross country skiing and snowboarding, ice skating or sledding, tubing and sleigh rides plus snowmobiling and snowshoeing.
