2 Cat Boat is a wonderful third row home in Palmetto Dunes. This fantastic five bedroom home has everything you will need during your visit to Hilton Head! It has all the amenities and added touches to make a memorable beach vacation.
Features DescriptionThe living room has a sofa, four chairs, decorative fireplace and a slider to the back deck. The bright and open den has a leather sofa and two chairs. There is a TV, VCR, DVD and a slider to the back deck. The lovely kitchen has granite countertops, four bar stools, stainless steel appliances and a kitchen table that seats six. The cozy carolina room is all windows and has a wicker sofa and chair with coffee table and a door to the back porch. The first bedroom has two double beds, TV, VCR and a private bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a king bed with TV. The bathroom is located in the hall and has a standing shower. The third bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD, writing desk with internet connection and private bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower with double vanity. There is a slider to the back deck. The fourth bedroom has two queens, sleeper sofa, TV, DVD and VCR. There is a private bath with shower/tub combo. Seventeen steps lead up to the second floor. There is a small sitting area with sofa and chair at the top of the stairs. The fifth bedroom has a king, TV and a private bath with a shower/tub combo and a large standing shower and double vanity. This bedroom features a large private balcony with three lounge chairs, three regular chairs and umbrella overlooking the pool area. The back deck has four rocking chairs, table for six, large umbrella and gas grill; perfect for entertaining. The pool area has eight additional lounge chairs, outdoor shower and access to the beach path.
