This is a fun house and says beach vacation from the moment you open the front door. This beautifully decorated beach home is perfect for families to share for a wonderful vacation just steps from the beach. This house offers gulf views and has four separate decks. There is plenty of space for large groups and you will fall in love with the Christy Breeze.
Features DescriptionThe Christy Breeze has two master bedrooms with king size beds, two bedrooms with double bunk beds and one more bedroom with a full trundle bed. Also included are two queen size blow up mattresses. The Christy Breeze is also set up throughout the house with high speed wireless internet connection including the decks. The first floor consists of a family and dining area, a beautiful kitchen with top of the line appliances. Also on the first floor is a master bedroom with a king size bed and full bath with shower and tub. A large back deck for barbecuing and walkway to a large pool. The second floor has a master bedroom with king size bed, full bath including walk in shower and a jacuzzi tub, and a full size deck. This floor also has two additional bedrooms with double bunks and a shared full bath with shower and tub. The laundry room is also located on this floor. The third floor consists of the "tiki bar" area with game room, tv, wet bar and a large deck with beautiful gulf views. Another bedroom has a full trundle bed and a half bath. Christy Breeze is uniquely decorated in a bright beach flavor. TVs and DVDs in every room.
Surrounding DescriptionChristy Breeze is located close to restaurants, shops and actually is across from two beach accesses, one you can drive up to and drop off the toys and the other a walk in access. The private community pool is only shared with 2 other homes! The ultimate attraction is the emerald green surf of the Gulf of Mexico, bordered by Destin beaches of soft, white sand. Complimenting our stunning beaches, are endless water sports to include fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, and all types of boating. Varied attractions for vacation fun include golf, shopping, water parks, along with arts and entertainment attractions.
