DESCRIPTION
Grayton's Sanctuary is a Florida cottage nestled in the private, gated community of The Preserve at Grayton Beach. Also, there is a deeded beach access to the pristine white beaches and crystal clear waters along the Gulf of Mexico.

Features Description

This house has a large open floor plan with bamboo hardwood flooring throughout. The bedrooms have carpet and the bathrooms have ceramic tile. Some other features this home offers for your convenience are ceiling fans in every room, cable, high speed internet, television, DVD players, telephone, an outdoor shower, and a large front porch with seating areas and tables, and balconies off the second and third floors. The first floor features a large living room/dining room/kitchen area. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortable chairs, a TV, DVD player, dining table with six chairs and a large island in the kitchen with bar stools. There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen such as the refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The third floor tower room contains a wet bar with a sink and mini refrigerator, a day bed, chairs, TV, half bathroom and a door that leads out onto the balcony.

The ultimate attraction is the emerald green surf of the Gulf of Mexico, bordered by beaches of soft, white sand. Complimenting our stunning beaches, are endless water sports to include fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, and all types of boating. Varied attractions for vacation fun include golf, shopping, water parks, along with arts and entertainment attractions. Every type of relaxing activity is available in Destin, from gently strolling through a scenic state park to whipping around in a go-cart or whisking down a giant water slide. Take a beach break and have all the fun possible at various attractions for all ages.

There are pools, tennis courts, fitness center, beach, walking, biking, golfing, and fishing. This house is right down the road from bike rentals, shops and restaurants.
