| The villa allows users full access the St James Club facilities. This includes two beaches, four swimming pools, four restaurants, four tennis courts, wi-fi facilities and internet cafe.
Sailing is available from the beach. There is a dive shop for scuba excursions and deep sea fishing available from the jetty located on one of the beaches.
