Pond’s Edge is a villa located in the luxurious Leeward Gated Community on the North Side of Providenciales. This three quarter of an acre property is on the Leeward Canal and allows you to rent and bring your own boat up to the privately owned dock. The Grace Bay Beach (The Worlds Best Beach) is a few blocks away.

You can go scuba diving or snorkeling. There is also fishing and sailing. The reef peeper which is a glass bottom boat is across the road including many charter/dive operations. There are numerous restaurants, spas and shopping facilities. The golf course is of championship caliber.
