DESCRIPTION
The Sandcastle can sleep up to 16 people in beds and is a 6 bedroom and 4 bathroom beautifully decorated home, just across the street from the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and close to all the conveniences. Centrally located on Anna Maria Island, the Sandcastle is right in the heart and soul of the island in northern Bradenton Beach, where the island character is the most pronounced!

Features Description

New to the rental market, this modern home has been decorated with granite countertops, imported ceramic tile throughout, Hunter ceiling fans, high speed wireless Internet, and a designer's touch. On each floor, the master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, bathroom, and cable TV/DVD player, with the 3rd floor master having a view of the gulf waters. The second bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV. The third bedroom has a twin bed, and a twin over full bunk bed, as well as cable TV. All three rooms have large closets. Full-sized washer and dryer for each level. Each floor has a large balcony with a gorgeous gulfview!

Surrounding Description

You can take the wonderful trolley from a nearby stop and tour the island for free! After a day at the beach, you can relax on your large shaded balcony, have a barbecue in the yard or go to a fabulous local restaurant, no fast food on the island! Choose the Sandcastle located in Bradenton Beach, which is the southern part of 7 mile long Anna Maria Island on the west coast of Florida. Easy on and off the island by either of the 2 bridges (you're between them) connects you to the mainland of Bradenton. Come and enjoy the year-round temperate climate, warm tropical breezes, white sand beaches, Caribbean-like blue/green waters, and island lifestyle! The Tampa airport is 1 hour away, Sarasota/Bradenton airport is 30 minutes away, and the Orlando theme parks are just 1-1/2 hours away.

Whether you want to go parasailing, land the biggest fish at a local pier or by charter boat, shop till you drop at a nearby outlet mall or tony St. Armand's Circle, or test your kayaking skills in the Gulf of Mexico.
