DESCRIPTION
|
Casa Oleiro is the owner's traditional home in Portugal and has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard for year round comfort.
The spacious, south facing villa, built on a hillside on the edge of the 12th fairway and just 500 metres from the Golf Clubhouse and Leisure Centre, offers superb views over the golf course to the cliffs and the sea from Salema to Sagres with it's ancient fortress in the south western tip of the Algarve.
The main living accommodation is on the upper level where the drawing room (log burning stove and panel heaters) and dining room have French windows opening onto a large terrace with breathtaking views of the 11th, 16th and 17th holes and the coastline.

SPECIAL ITEMS & AMENITIES

| The fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave has it's own breakfast area.
A utility room houses the washing machine and separate double sink unit.
Maid service is provided two days a week for cleaning, washing up and bedmaking. Bedlinen and towels are also provided (excluding beach and pool towels) and a welcome pack of food and wine.

LOCATION INFO

| For shopping and groceries there are mini-markets in the nearby villages of Salema and Budens where there is also an EcoMarche supermarket (open Sundays) and petrol station (24 hours). Local pottery shops and a number of open air markets sell hand-woven table cloths and handmade sweaters. In Loulã a market is held every Saturday, at Portimão on the first Monday of each month and in Lagos every Saturday
More sophisticated shops can be found in Lagos and Portimão. On the perimeter of Lagos you will find three large supermarkets - Intermarche, Modelo and the Pingo Doce. In the centre of Lagos is the Cultural Centre hosting exhibitions of art and a regular programme of musical and theatrical presentations.
