Welcome to our this beach house. This home is situated across from the beach access. This beach is a great-sandy beach that slopes slowly for the younger kids and has a great break for surfing.

Our home has an open and airy feeling with vaulted ceilings, a large inviting kitchen with ocean view. There are decks off the kitchen, master bedroom and living room. The living room has views of the ocean, a large comfortable leather sectional couch with two recliners, a TV with DVD/VHS, CD and audio receiver with speakers. The kitchen fully equipped. Adjacent to the kitchen is a deck with a stainless steel barbeque. The dining room also has ocean views and a large table.

Hearst Castle is a short drive to the north and the Museum of Natural History in Morro Bay is a popular attraction. Golfers have ten courses to chose from between Los Osos to Avila Beach while children and teens have arcades, activities and miles of sandy beaches.
