The home is only fifteen minutes from the border of Vermont and ninety minutes from Montreal.

The updated kitchen provides all of the comforts of home with everything you need from kitchen utensils to a coffee grinder. The living room is a relaxing retreat with an oil fed fireplace for winter use. You can enjoy peaceful serenity on the large veranda overlooking Lake Massawippi, as well as the beautiful surrounding mountains. You will find hardwood floors throughout most of this home, as well as central air conditioning for year round comfort.
Surrounding DescriptionThe Tomifobia River is the primary source of Lake Massawippi and is important to recreational summer activities including canoeing/kayaking, fishing (home to brook and rainbow trout), and biking. The Tomifobia Nature Trail is nearby and is host to annual ski races. You will also find a number of rare animal species, including the endangered wood turtle, in the Tomifobia valley.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionYou can find many things to do any season of the year. Summer activities include boating, fishing, hiking, and mountain biking. You can cross country ski and snowshoe in the winter. The beautiful fall foilage attract many people to the valley each year.
