There is a king bed in the master bathroom, and there is a queen bed in the second bedroom.  In the third and fourth bedrooms, there are two twin beds in each room.  A large Living room has been beautifully furnished with a 6 seat formal dining area equipped with elegant dining table, chairs and a dinner set. The large family room has been beautifully furnished and is tiled throughout. It includes a comfortable lounge area with sliding patio doors opening onto the pool deck and a large ceiling fan for additional cool air. The separate dining area with extending dining suite provides ample seating for all guests.

Aviana Resort sits on US 17-92, approximately 5.9 miles south of the Champions Gate 1-4 exit, just minutes from Walt Disney World.  Aviana is a gated enclave of beautiful vacation homes. An oasis of swaying palms, rich green foliage and exotic flowers, Aviana Resort offers a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s exciting attractions and yet they are so close.
