The minimum stay is 3 nights and over special periods, like Festive seasons and Easter, the minimum stay is 7 nights. It is a self-catering condo with all the amenities you would be used to back home.

This privatelyowned condo is conveniently located for theself-catering traveller. For comfort and a feeling of home away from home youwill be located 5 blocks from the beach, close to the buzzing 5th Avenue, andaround the corner from local restaurants, the supermarket, greengrocer, pharmacyand sports grounds.  Condo Lol-Ha is located in Margaritas on the third floor. It has two large bedrooms with queen and double beds, each en suite and with large closet space. The living room has two large sofas, one which opens as a double bed. There are two and a half bathrooms. The dining area opens up onto a small, cozy balcony. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all you could need to make this your home. Cable, wireless internet and a DVD are yours to enjoy. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning units, ceiling fans and standing fans. There is a small utility room with a washing machine for your convenience. You also have your own private parking space.

Lol-Ha is located 5 blocks from the beach, close to Mamitas Beach Club. A close 7 minute walk to 5th Avenue brings you straight to La Quinta's most popular bars and restaurants. Two streets away lies the Mega Commercial supermarket where you can also find hairdressers and Telcel, Mexico's number one cellphone network provider. Around the corner you can find a local deli, authentic Mexican restaurants and a laundromat.

Nearby Attractions Description

A 10 minute walk will bring you straight onto Mamitas BeachClub, one of Playa's most popular beaches. Condo Lol-Ha is owned by scuba divers who offerdiver training, ocean, cenote and cave diving excursions.Other activities available are snorkeling, fishing, Mayan ruin trips and dolphin encountersto name just a few.
