Because of its layout it is ideal for two families, 3 couples, or a large family with sitter. Some of the extras to enjoy are whirlpool tubs in the master bedrooms, a Jacuzzi on the patio, private pool and sun deck, 2 color TV's, DSS satellite TV system, VCR, stereo with CD player, large walk-in closets, and a large screened patio opening off the living area, one of the master suites and the kitchen. Enjoy great water and nature views from the crow's nest deck on the top level. Versatile sleeping arrangements with king-size beds in the two masters and two bedrooms which convert into twin bed accommodations for family get-togethers, and friends sharing space. Also, a spacious dining area next to the gourmet kitchen is set up for families of up to 9 people. While you are here, look for your neighbor, Phyllis the gopher tortoise, who lives in the yard. You are just seconds away from the swimming pools, sauna, steam room, fitness room, tennis courts, and many other facilities of the North Captiva Island Club to which you have full access

Each of our rental properties include our Resort package;  which provides use of a golf cart for your island use, Olympic and Lap size heated swimming pools,  pool bar, har-tru tennis courts,  fitness center with steam and sauna, kids Club,  restaurants, a small convenience  store,  complimentary use of kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. We have several powerboats available deck boats and center console, as well as Guided wave runner tours.
