Rugged, mountain grandeur radiates through SunBreck’s interior style while infinite spaciousness awaits endless activity and peaceful relaxation.
Features DescriptionThe chief gathering place of SunBreck is the top floor Great Room which blends the kitchen, dining and living room gracefully as one. The surrounding picture windows and vaulted ceilings frame the beautiful mountain landscape outside. The firelight of the river stone, corner fireplace rivals with the views. Focusing on the gas fireplace is a comfortably, sophisticated Living Area complete with two full size, copper toned, chenille sofas and multi-print armchair and ottoman. Perched above the fireplace hearth is a large, flat screen TV with satellite. Wide open to the rest of the great room is the Kitchen. The granite breakfast bar seating three presents an effortless division from the living area. Custom, maple cabinetry soars above the rich accents of granite-tiled counters and natural, slate floor. Also equipped with all the modern appliances. The adjacent dinette table for six is placed for spectacular views over the deck. Passing through the great room is the Vista Sunrise Suite, a private master getaway with King bed garnished in rich, earthy tones, rusts and deep turquoise. Beautiful views are exposed through the glass, double doors and the casual pine furnishings including a TV armoire add to the relaxed atmosphere. Down the staircase is the middle level Den which provides even more living space. The Retreat is the second master located on the middle level complete with wrought iron, king bed in soft blue and creamy tones. The perfect bedroom for families with small children or several singles bunking together is the Bunk House Suite. This spacious room of denim décor and cowboy art has two twin beds and the additional extra long twin trundle bunk bed sits in the corner. Also off the mid level den area is the Pine Cone Suite with a king bed adorned in denim and rosy tones and casually, rugged pine furnishings. On the lowest level of the duplex is a massive Rec Room full of entertainment fun. From a game on the pool table, to a competitive match of ping-pong, TV with Nintendo - endless activity awaits. Off the Rec Room the Spinnaker Room with two twin beds and a nautical sailing theme. The Aspen Leaf Room off the Rec Room boasts a king size bed with a mountain quilt, oak furniture and a lovely Aspen tree painting over the headboard.
