Heron Cove, completely renovated in 2003, is dramatically situated on a lush two-acre property overlooking the sea with a perfect vantage point for sunset viewing. All rooms in this villa have magical water views. A spectacular 70-foot infinity edge pool is a most irresistible hideaway in this exclusive seaside paradise.

Features Description

Three spacious bedrooms with unique Jamaican mahogany beds designed by the owners open out to pool and sea views. Two bedrooms have king-sized beds and one bedroom has a queen-sized bed. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and private baths made of native Jamaican limestone. A tropical, spacious living room breathes an ambience of soothing Caribbean ease. Enjoy elegant dinners by candlelight in a comfortable dining room which looks out to the open-air verandah, and sea beyond - a spectacular setting. There is cable television in the library and bar, and Internet access in the library.Associated with Heron Cove, and located across the lane is a quaint two-bedroom cottage called Rum Punch. Rum Punch is known for its beautifully manicured grounds and abundant specimen plantings. Rum Punch is equipped with its own pool, kitchenette, dining and living spaces. The living room features CD player and stereo system. At Rum Punch there is a king-sized bed in one guest bedroom, while the other guest bedroom features two double beds.Heron Cove and Rum Punch may be reserved together as a five-bedroom unit. It is possible to reserve Heron Cove on its own as a three-bedroom unit, however Rum Punch is not sold on its own as a two-bedroom unit.

Surrounding Description

The Tryall Club is a 2,200-acre resort and offers one of the most beautiful golf courses in the world. The resort’s 18 hillside and seaside fairways are accessible with in-house green fees that are offered to the villa’s guests. Membership at Tryall includes use of their beach, discounted golf green fees, complementary use of the tennis courts. (small fee for night play), complementary non-motorized water sports (snorkeling, kayaking, sunfish etc.), use of the fitness/exercise room, Internet room and the Tryall Kid’s Club. The historic Great House offers a bar, boutiques and an art gallery. Guests may enjoy afternoon tea at the Great House as well as the weekly Manager’s cocktail party.
