The back of the house has a full balcony with French doors from both the living room and master bedroom. A spectacular water view is provided from this balcony. This home is fully equipped, right down to the beach towels!

This comfortable retreat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has a two car garage so there is plenty of parking space for your vehicles.  It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a spacious great room  and dining room.  There are two phone lines, ideal for a winter home office.  There are also two televisions with VCRs and cable television for when it's time to relax.  There is direct access to the gulf and two beaches within a ten minute drive. Or if you prefer, you can simply stay and swim in the privacy of your own pool, which has an enclosed lanai, or lounge, under a waterfall.  Each bedroom has its own deck with gorgeous views, so whether you go out or stay in you can enjoy the breathtaking Florida scenery.
