The villa is situated in the outskirts of Vilamoura, 10 mins from the Golf courses " Old Course and Laguna in the village Boliqueime set in the hills of the Algarve and is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday, it is near to the town of Loule and also the fun resorts of Vilamoura and Albufeira.
The Villa is run as a family concern to a high standard, the rooms are stylishly appointed and have good facilities. Each room overlooks the large swimming pool and childrens paddling pool (protected area).
To the front of the property you have your own private tennis court and parking area.
The large gardens are exceptionally well kept and the feel is tropical, perfect for a barbeque, tennis, petanque etc.
The Algarve is a well-known holiday destination, famous for its fantastic beaches, lovely scenery, great golf/sports, friendly locals and delicious food.

MANDATORY BREAKAGE DEPOSIT:
1000 EUR PER BOOKING
Paid to the owner two (2) weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Pay Pal / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
MANDATORY EXTRAS
Cleaning 250 EUR0 PER STAY.
