This huge property has style and a luxurious atmosphere, set in lovely gardens it offers comfort and peace, a place where many famous stars have stayed.
On the ground level there are three bedrooms en suite, each with their own direct access to terrace/pool area. Also on the ground level with direct access to the terrace/pool is a large double bedroom en suite annex.
On the first level the entrance hallway, with guest W.C, leads to a large and spacious sitting room, steps to dining room with doorway to kitchen and utility room. There are two double bedrooms en suite one with access to the large terrace, the other has its own balcony.
On the top level there are four bedrooms en suite, one of the bedrooms has its own large balcony.
The garden has a grassed area with fruit trees, a large swimming pool (heated optional), children's pool, badminton/volley court, BBQ area with kitchen; fridge, dishwasher etc. and seating for 20.
Next to the BBQ area beneath a pergola is the Jacuzzi, here up to six people can unwind taking in the relaxing surroundings.
At the front of the villa Quinta Oceane P21611 you will find ample private parking accessed through electrically controlled gates.
Whether you're just wanting to take it easy and enjoy time with family and friends, or prefer a more energetic holiday, the Villa and local region has it all.

The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
