Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards, the Bellarine coastal drive, Ocean Grove Pool complex and the marvellous Geelong Adventure Park - great for the kids and loads of fun. Just a one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A great location to enjoy exploring the Bellarine Peninsula and all its treasures, or just staying put in Ocean Breeze and enjoying your idealic holiday location. Park your car when you arrive and walk everywhere, or enjoy the private front and back fully fenced gardens at Ocean Breeze.
Ocean Breeze, has 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed, 2nd with double bed and 3rd with 2 single beds, sleeping 6 the town house has 2 bathrooms to support the bedrooms which include shower, bath, 2 toilets, and a SPA BATH. The living area is well furnished and fitted out with cane furniture and includes tv, dvd, video, stereo, and this area overlooks the private fully fenced front yard. The townhouse has hydronic heating and fans for the warmer days. The townhouse is shaded and always attracts that famous ocean grove breeze. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, ample crockery, cutlery, glasses and platters to cater for holiday or week-end cooking. The kitchen and dining area overlooks the yard which is fenced, paved and is a pleasant garden outlook. Outdoors there is seating for 8 in fenced yard with BBQ. At Ocean Breeze you can enjoy a south facing fenced yard when its hot or enjoy the north facing yard when you want a bit of sun to lay and read. Ocean Breeze is a delightful Town House in prime Ocean Grove location suitable for couples or a family with grandparent (sleeps 6) to enjoy week-end or short holiday breaks in a quiet destination, but minutes walk to beach and all the action in Ocean Grove, as well as a fantastic base from which to explore the Bellarine Peninsula.
