DESCRIPTION
Beach House on Powell is a smartly renovated beach house in central Ocean Grove, half kilometre to shops, 100 mt. from Football/Cricket Oval, 400 mt to Ocean Grove Park, 800 mt to Ocean Grove Beach. It's a short drive to the historic town of Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards, the Bellarine coastal drive, Ocean Grove Pool complex and the marvellous Geelong Adventure Park - great for the kids and loads of fun. Just a one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A great location to enjoy exploring the Bellarine Peninsula and all its treasures, or just staying put in Beach House on Powell and enjoying your idealic holiday location. A Great place to explore the Bellarine Peninsula.

Beach House on Powell is a 2/3 Bedroom beach house, tastefully decorated with holidays in mind. The Beach House has 2 bedrooms, main with queen bed 2nd bedroom has queen bed an 1 x single fold out trundle, and a sunroom at the rear has a double couch bed. The house sleeps a total of 7 persons with space to move. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets including shower and bath which amply support the 2/3 bedrooms. The living areas include gas space heating and split system air con, there are 2 televisions in the house, dvd, in the well furnished kit/dining/living areas. The Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, and ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, service platters etc to cater for holiday or weekend stays and their subsequent entertaining requirements. There is also a high chair in the kitchen/dining area. The laundry has washing machine, and outdoors there is bbq and outdoor seating in the fully fenced yard where kids can plan. Beach House on Powell is ideally set up for 3 couples or a family with grandparents tagging along. Beach House on Powell is well furnished and fitted out, and a pleasant place to stay for holiday or week-end breaks.
