The Terrace at Pelican Beach is the resort having all of the amenities you deserve! You're only a 4 minute walk to the beach with no streets to cross- You have an over-sized wrap around balcony so you can watch the sunrise in the morning or watch the sunset in the evening with your favorite beverage and see the night lights of Destin! There are 4 swimming pools, 2 fitness centers, a bar and a sunning deck awaiting for you or go play in the sand and surf!
With the 3 BR/3 Ba you will find that you can sleep 8 comfortably.
You can seat up to nine for dinner with out being cramped and as for cooking you will find the kitchen fully appointed. You have the DVD/CD players so don't forget to bring your favorites movies and music. In the Destin are you will find excellent shopping, fine dining, great entertainment as well as access to all the water sports you desire-and of course for the golfers we have several great courses in the area! Recently updated: beds, cabinetry, carpets & TV's.
Gated community is accessible to other gated communities. Lots of safe areas for walking. Enjoy a stroll around the lake or on the beach. Lots of windows because condo is located at the end of the building.
