One of the newest villas in town, the Friendship villa was just completed in August 2011. The ultra sleek villa has two levels and two bedrooms giving guests a dazzling view of the iridescent bay. Also included on this property is an on site pool and a serene waterfall cascading in the courtyard. While enjoying this little piece of heaven, don’t forget that the nearby Chalong beach is great for a variety of activities such as walking, jogging, swimming or kite-surfing.
LOCATION
Just footsteps away from Chalong beach and about two kilometers from Chalong Pier, the Friendship Villa is offers privacy and seclusion for those looking for a quiet vacation. Fun activities are also available just 40 metres away where kite-surfing, sailing, snorkeling and diving adventures on outlying islands can be arranged. It’s only a fifteen minute trip to the sunset-friendly Kata/Karon beaches and thirty minutes to enter the infamous Patong beach with its colorful nightlife. The Friendship villa is close to Rawai, Nai Harn and Chalong restaurants, bars and massage parlours for your convenience. It is just twenty to thirty minutes from the department stores of Phuket City and forty-five minutes from Phuket International Airport.
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are located on the first floor and have flat screen television, a DVD player, wooden floors, wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed whilst the guest bedroom has twin beds.
Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms in the property, one which is ensuite for the master bedroom, and the second that is a guest bathroom. The master ensuite has a small Jacuzzi-bathtub, shower, wash basin and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet.
Dining Room
Next to the kitchen and the living area is a wooden glass-topped dining table which can fit six guests comfortably. There is also a side table and two cushioned chairs for casual small meals.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven with a ventilator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and tea and coffee facilities. The laundry is adjacent to the kitchen and has a vacuum cleaner, iron and an ironing board.
Living Rooms
The living area is very impressive, especially with its views and easy access out to the garden and swimming pool area. With entertainment features such as a large TV with international channels, DVD with music system, this area has everything you need for a great holiday experience.
