DESCRIPTION
Set in a village of villas, this single-storey mews-style property in Phuket, Thailand is modern with every convenience and situated in a great location. With its own private pool as a centerpiece at the rear, and proximity to the beach and convenience stores this is sure to provide the holiday of a lifetime. At the end of a group of similar properties, a wide entrance hall greets you as you enter. Large bi-fold glazed patio doors open completely to grant access to a large deck, and the 2.4 X 3.6 meter swimming pool, which has massage jets and underwater seating for complete relaxation. It is 1.1 meter deep and has a wall cascading feature dropping into four troughs the length of the back of the pool. Center steps offer easy entry and exit for swimming. External sockets allow for entertainment and laptop use and as with all sockets here they are international accepting plugs from most European countries.

LOCATION
With mountain views from your courtyard, it is just 2 km to the beach, and even closer to the amenities that "The Residence", which is the name of the village, has to offer. There is an onsite spa with massage, and a high quality restaurant. Just half a kilometer back towards the main road there is a shopping village called Park, which has a Tesco Lotus, McDonald's, Boot Pharmacy, Pizza Company and even a Yoga studio. The Laguna Golf Club is 4.4 km from the main gate and even closer as the crow flies. Heading south, there are beaches of all descriptions down Phukets west coast before arriving at the famous Patong area some 14 km away. The airport to the north is 20 km distant, so there is no problem with aircraft noise.

VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION

Bedrooms
The bedroom boasts a king size bed complete with two bedside tables, drawers and lamps and you will benefit from the open headboard facility. To keep the bedroom divided from the rest of the apartment there is a sliding glass door.

Bathrooms
The ensuite bathroom has a contemporary feel to it, it doesn't have a door and instead has a transparent glazed door to cover the spacious square-headed rain shower and on the right of the room is the toilet.

Dining Room
To help you enjoy romantic dining in heavenly surroundings the dining room contains a square table and two chairs with a strong rope back design.

Kitchen
Upon entering the building the kitchen is located to the left and has a stylish and contemporary design, complete with a large fridge/freezer, ceramic four ring electric hob, oven and extractor fan for all your cooking needs. Sunk low into a sideboard is a stainless steel sink and also provided is a toaster, coffee maker and enough crockery and cutlery for four people.

Living Rooms
The comfortable living room contains a 40 TV complete with home cinema theater, a two-seater sofa facing the TV, coffee table box and drawers.
