Enter the villa through the lych-gate to find a courtyard with the large infinity edge swimming pool framing the view of the sea through mature tropical trees out to the island of Koh Ha. A living room block to the right has an extra large garden sala on the balcony at the front affording shade and marvellous views. Two bedroom suites are housed on this level, and a third, one level below en route to the beach, which is a short stroll down 50 Laterite steps to the golden sands. With its large garden and terraced areas there is ample room for entertaining large numbers in a glorious setting.
LOCATION
On the west coast of Koh Lanta is the Pimalai Resort where you will arrive by private speedboat from the mainland on the calm waters of high season, or a short minibus ride across the island in the low or lsquo;green season when the waters are a slightly choppier. Pimalai is a 5-star resort tending to your every need whilst on holiday offering an abundance of activities including two very large and ornate swimming pools, tennis, catamarans, kayaks, bicycles, fitness centre, and libraries usually carrying no extra charge. A dive centre, yoga house, and spa also offer the highest standards. Venturing away from the resort takes you Kantiang, which is a small village and beach town about one kilometre away. Renting a vehicle gives you access to the whole of the island including the other ten beaches there are to discover. There is also elephant trekking, Thai boxing, and a vast array of boat trips all waiting to be discovered.
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
The two master bedrooms are fully equipped with en suite, king sized bed, bedside table and plenty of storage space. The design is uniquely South East Asian and wooden floors give the rooms a very natural feel. Large wooden patio doors allow breathtaking views of the ocean and infinity pool. For those warmer tropical nights all rooms contain air conditioning for a cool evenings sleep.
Bathrooms
All bathrooms are equipped with modern joinery, toilet, basin and showers. There is a bath tub in the Master en suite which allows for sea views when the windows are open for a romantic soak in the tub.
Dining Room
The dining room and kitchen are in close proximity of each other allowing for easy entertaining and a relaxed flow between cooking and eating. A large dining table adds a homely feel with a breezy natural ambience whilst dining with family and friends. There is also plenty of outdoor seating for a warm evening of eating and drinking in the garden or by the pool.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for all forms of culinary creativity. Two cooking hobs and sink make the kitchen fully functional. A kettle, toaster and fridge freezer mean that breakfast time is a breeze as you sip your coffee contemplating the days activities.
Living Rooms
The living area has a large sofa to sink back into as you watch your favorite DVD on the flat screen television or meditate looking out of the patio doors to the ocean views beyond.
