Sitting at the quiet end of the initial street in a village, this comfortable villa was created for those who wish to have a relaxing, worry-free holiday in Thailand. A total of six people can be accommodated in this 3 bedroom villa that comes with everything you need in a vacation home. All sorts of palm trees can be found on the property to give that unparalleled feeling of being in the tropics. Along with a gorgeous garden, the pool has a diving board connected to the sala. Designed in Thai style, the sala is where you can relax under the perfect shade during the day time. It comes with a ceiling fan to combat the heat and makes an incredible dining area for the evenings. An additional outdoor patio is also great for hosting up to six people for outdoor entertaining, while inside the villa a full kitchen is available for some serious home cooking.
LOCATION
Conveniently located within five kilometers from Pattaya and 4 kilometers from Jomtien Beach, the villa is close to several tourist attractions in the area. From either Sukhumvit Road or Theprasit Rd., you can reach neighboring beaches and the Thai countrysie. The Silverlake Vineyard has been home to Thailands largest music festival, while Viharnra Sien Chinese Temple is great for a serene visit. The beach and fishing pier at Bang Saray is also worth a day trip.
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
Two of the three bedrooms are located in the lower lever of the villa. The main room has a beautiful view of the pool and garden with a balcony that is well shaded by a palm tree. A king-sized bed inside the room provides the ultimate luxury during your stay. Guests can enjoy watching TV programs and DVDs on a large flat screen in this room. The second room also hold a king-sized bed with a bathroom just besides the room. The final bedroom is located upstairs and includes a private shower.
Bathrooms
The main bathroom are situated next to the living area while the one downstairs has a bathtub as well as a shower and sliding doors.
Dining Room
The dining room can seat up to six people for those amazing home cooked dinners you might want to have during your stay. Window curtains can be drawn during the day keep the area cool, while air-conditioning is also available. There is also a water dispenser located in the dining room.
Kitchen
The kitchen is just adjacent to the dining area with a marble table as a separating wall. A similar marble top covers the rest of the kitchen which consists of a double sink, four ring stove top, microwave, and large refrigerator. Next to the kitchen area is where you will find a utility room with washing machine, ironing amenities.
Living Rooms
Providing a thoroughly relaxing atmosphere, the living room sits in the middle of the villa surrounded by the two bedrooms, bathrooms, dining and kitchen rooms. While sitting on the comfortable sofas surrounding a coffee table, guests enjoy an incredible view of the swimming pool and lush garden. International channels are available on the TV and the whole villa is cooled down by air-conditioning.
