A grand lakeside villa with a spacious feel awaits you here. Enjoy views, tranquillity, fishing, or sun worshiping around your own private infinity pool. Perhaps take the kayaks for a brisk paddle up and down the lake, or dip the rod in the water for the fresh catch of the day, and pop it straight on the barbeque. Rods, kayaks, and caught fish, carry no extra charge. At the end of the blue-tiled pool, there is a sala with soft seating, where you may wish to relax and watch the setting sun over the lake. Features of this amazing villa include full room service, an extemsive food menu with meals delivered directly to your villa, and also a fully stocked mini bar.
LOCATION
This villa is centrally located for Pattaya and Jomtien, yet in the countryside with its own peaceful feel. Complimentary transfer services from four main areas in Pattaya and your own vehicle ensure ease of movement around all the local attractions to include the beach and fishing port at Bang Saray, Phoenix Golf Course with a superb restaurant and next door as the crow flies, or Ambassador City Jomtien, and of course Walking Street and Pattaya Beach.
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
There are total of five bedrooms in the villa, three of them are on level one and two adjacent to the pool. All the bedrooms have double beds, air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The rooms on level one have balconies overlooking the pool.
Bathrooms
With total of six bathrooms in the villa, each bedroom has an ensuite and an additional bathroom for guests on the ground floor. All bathrooms have showers, toilets and wash basins and the master ensuite also has a Jacuzzi.
Kitchen
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with gadgets such as a toaster, refrigerator, microwave, stovetop and tea and coffee making facilities.
Living Rooms
The living room is located on the ground floor and opens on to the pool and garden area. The living room has a large flat-screen TV, international TV channels and a DVD player.
