Situated some 15 minutes’ drive from the central downtown area, you can enjoy absolute quiet and serenity providing for a private and unique holiday experience free from distractions. While true peace and quiet is undoubtedly a luxury, everyone likes a night out on the town once in awhile, and you can easily enjoy the best of both worlds with Jomtien and Pattaya beaches being only a short 15 minutes away. A convenience store located a mere 2 minutes from your front door can further provide you the majority of necessities in no time.

VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION

Bedrooms
The four bedrooms at Baan Foxlea II were clearly designed and decorated with care. You can enjoy the feeling of total comfort and peacefulness that should accompany any holiday the moment you step into any of the sleeping quarters. Three of the bedrooms are outfitted with double beds and the fourth has two single beds perfect for families or groups of friends taking holiday together. All bedrooms have air-conditioning throughout allowing you to maintain an ideal sleeping temperature. Three of the bedrooms further feature en suite bathrooms. If you enjoy taking a dip in the early morning you will enjoy sleeping in one of the two rooms that have immediate poolside access.

Bathrooms
There are four bathrooms in total, three of which are ensuite, with the fourth a guest bedroom. All bathrooms have showers, toilets and wash basins.

Kitchen
A warm and inviting atmosphere radiates throughout the kitchen area welcoming you to lounge at the breakfast bar or prepare a meal with the numerous supplied appliances. Guests are free to take advantage of the stovetop, extractor, toaster, refrigerator and tea or coffee maker at their convenience. The granite surfaces and wooden storage provide plenty of room for your self catering and storage needs.

Living Rooms
The open lounge area is perfect for enjoying a movie in the evening or catching up on your favorite sitcoms with the large screen TV and numerous international television channels. A creamy colored three-piece leather settee will invite you to put your feet up and look out through the adjacent twin French doors onto the open terrace. One can easily enjoy the colorful panorama of tropical vegetation in this thoughtfully designed lounging area.
