DESCRIPTION
Enjoy the absolute opulence of a private villa only 400 meters from a quiet, virtually empty white sand beach. This villa sits in a locale of authentic Thai life away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre so is ideal for those who prefer peace and quiet while on holiday. That being said, this Pattaya villa is only a twenty minute drive to Walking Street, home of Pattaya’s world famous night life.

LOCATION
This graceful and welcoming estate home is within the ground of Na Jomtien Resort which is famous for its haute cuisine Elephant Café restaurant. Here you will enjoy Thai and international dishes prepared by world class chefs without ever having to get in your car. The nearest beach is just 400 meters away from the resort. There is also a spa where you can be pampered at your leisure. When you are ready for some of the exciting night life for which Pattaya is so well know, it is only a twenty minute drive to the Walking Street, Floating Market or Alangkarn Theatre. Also nearby are the Big Buddha, Silverlake Vineyard and the Phoenix Golf Club. The famous seafood restaurant, Rimpa Lapin is just a five-minute drive away.

VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION

Bedrooms
All three bedrooms are upstairs and have queen size beds fitted with high quality sheets and extra large pillows. Two have sliding doors opening onto balconies which afford views of the surrounding countryside. Like the entire house, all three bedrooms are decorated with Thai silks, lamps made from local natural materials and traditional artwork on the walls.

Bathrooms
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with twin tinted glass wash bowl sinks with designer faucets and fittings set onto a black granite countertop. There is a very spacious coordinated glass enclosed stall shower with an adjustable height shower head for personal use.

Dining Room
The open plan of the home places the dining room strategically between the living room and kitchen, offering an elegant glass topped wooden table and eight comfortable braided water hyacinth chairs. Designer place settings, cutlery and glassware add an artistic flair to meals and encourage long after dinner conversational get-togethers.

Kitchen
With top end wooden cabinets and the latest stainless steel refrigerator freezer, oven, cook top and exhaust hood, you will find everything you could want to prepare even the most gourmet meals. The black granite work surfaces contrast artfully with the white ceramic tile floors and there are plenty of windows to let in natural light.

Living Rooms
