Playacar is a resort community connected to the southern edge of Playa del Carmen. The resort is on the beach and stone paved avenues with tropical landscaping. Playacar is a residential beachfront resort with a golf course and is adjacent to Playa del Carmen town.
Features DescriptionCasa Mar Azul is a 2 level, 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa. Both bedrooms are downstairs and they have their own private bathroom, mini split air conditioning, and huge sliding doors. A third bathroom is for the living room. A king size bed is in the master bedroom while two twin beds are in the second bedroom.The villa has a nice dining room and lovely wooden stairs. There is a living area on each level. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances. The living area upstairs has a television set and a balcony.
Surrounding DescriptionNext to the upper level living area, a wonderful terrace with beach chairs invites you to relaxation; moreover, the villa features a second terrace in the lower level and here you will find a hammock.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionPlaya del Carmen is very centrally located. It is a quick drive to Cancun as well as to the ruins of Tulum. Cozumel Island is a short ferry ride. The eco-waterpark, Xcaret, is only 5 miles away and the fantastic Xel-ha eco park about 35 miles from Playa del Carmen.
