The apartment is a ground floor unit. The apartment is located within a very private and quiet 24 unit apartment complex, which borders a large community park and middle school. There are numerous walking paths in our neighborhood. If you're visiting Arizona State University (ASU), our apartment is located only about 4 miles from the main campus and downtown Tempe.
Features DescriptionThe kitchen is fully equipped and there is a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. The living room has a pull-out queen size couch for any extra guests along with the TV and DVD player. There is also high-speed Internet. There are 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds.
Surrounding DescriptionThe apartments are only steps away from the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The property has lots of covered parking, so you won't have to worry about your vehicle in the hot Arizona sun!
Nearby Attractions DescriptionThe famous Scottsdale Fashion Square is about 10 minutes away. Old town Scottsdale is only a few minutes away, where you will find galleries and souvenir shopping. Of course, if you enjoy golfing, there are many courses within 30 minutes! The famous Casino Arizona is less than 2 miles away.
