Arena Blanca has many traditional Mexican design elements and together with modern elements, a very comfortable and beautiful vacation property has been created.
Features DescriptionThis well appointed one bedroom is overlooking the pool, gazebo and gardens on the first floor. With a comfortable terrace just beyond the main living space there is outside and inside living space to be enjoyed. Because this space was so well thought out, this one bedroom can accommodate 2-4 people. The master suite offers a King size bed and private vanity and bath, sharing a shower with the second vanity and bath. A sleeper sofa in the living area with an extremely comfortable mattress can accommodate 2 guests. This one bedroom is complete with air conditioning in all rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with Washer/Dryer, TV with SKY Satellite Cable, Wireless internet, and a lovely deluxe décor. The common pool area is amidst a lush tropical garden perfect for sunning or reading a book. Enjoy a lovely walk past a local favorite, La Cueva del Chango, for breakfast on your way to the ocean. Arena Blanca is located on 38th Street between 5th and 10th Avenues. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the cafes, boutiques, and charm of the closed pedestrian walkway, 5th Avenue.
Surrounding DescriptionAt Playa del Carmen you’ll find beautiful beaches looking out onto the Caribbean Sea, which are ideal places to relax or do all kinds of water sports: snorkeling, windsurfing and even kitesurfing. For those who like scuba diving, there are boats departing from the docks which offer exciting outings to the Great Mayan Reef, the second largest coral reef (system) in the world. Near Playa del Carmen you can discover Playa Paamul and Playa Paraiso, two beautiful beaches with calm waters and gorgeous ecological parks: Xcaret and Xel-Ha. Also nearby are numerous sinkholes where you can do rappelling and cave diving while exploring the amazing depths of underground river systems.
Nearby Attractions Description The white-sand beaches of Playa del Carmen provide the best setting to do various outdoor activities, such as hiking or horseback riding. Parque Ecologico Tres Rios offers guided horseback tours along the beach or on trails that cut through the jungle. At Xcaret you’ll find archaeological ruins of one of the most important ceremonial centers of Mayan culture.
