DESCRIPTION
Lake Berkley is a peaceful, security guarded resort surrounding a natural lake with nature walks, bike trails and even a small beach. This beautiful home is luxurious and comfortable. Everything you could need for your home away from home is supplied in this lovely house, all you need do is bring yourself and relax.

Features Description

The décor and furniture are hand picked to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. There is a large and light living room that leads out onto the private pool deck, where you can swim, relax or entertain. The kitchen has every convenience you could need for making the perfect dinner. And there is a large dining room that comfortably seats 8 people. If you feel like just sitting home and relaxing there are 4 color TV’s in the home and a DVD player should you wish to rent a movie from the local store. The master bedroom has a king bed, with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms have twin beds, which is great for the children. The living room has a sofa-bed for that extra guest.

Surrounding Description

It is a 2 minute drive from Highway 192 with its many shops, markets and restaurants and is very close to Walmart 24 hour super center. Universal Studios is a 15 minute drive with Disney and SeaWorld being approximately a 10 minute drive. There is a beautiful heated community pool with plenty of space to relax and make new friends. The clubhouse has a well equipped fitness studio for the more energetic among us.
