DESCRIPTION
Located in the Mountain Village,  Columbia Place is a true ski-in/ski-out property located at the base of Lift 4.  It is adjacent to the ski school and in close proximity to the nursery and the only convenience store in the Telluride Mountain Village. Columbia Place is the perfect spot for your vacation.

Features Description

This 1 bedroom + loft, 1.5 bath, ski in ski out condo is absolutely lovely and has just been completely remodeled.   The kitchen has gorgeous granite counters and stainless appliances, the master suite features a wonderful two person soaking tub, the furnishings are inviting and warm, and the flat screen tv is top of the line. Off of the living room is a deck with a barbeque overlooking Misty Maiden ski run. The unit is entered on the level with the kitchen, living room, dining room and powder room, and then upstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed, a “loft style” space with a double futon and a TV, and a full bath. The unit is ski in ski out, ski lockers are in the hallway outside of the unit, and parking for the unit is only available at the Gondola’s intercept lot.

Telluride is best known for its world-class ski resort, which boasts 1,700 acres of terrain and two air gardens and terrain parks, one complete with a superpipe.
