A two level elevated home set on the shoreline at the northern end of Buffalo Beach directly across from reserve frontage with extensive bay views. This home is ideal for mature Adults or a family with older children but is not considered suitable for very young children.
Features DescriptionThis holiday home features, two bedrooms, a study, one bath, piano, TV, gas and oil column heater, an electric wall oven, a fridge/freezer, microwave, blender, electric fry pan, toaster, electric jug, a washing machine and dryer and additional fridge, outdoor furniture includes a wooden chair plus a wrought iron table and two.
Surrounding DescriptionLocated approximately three kilometers from the main town center, this area deserves a mention in it's own right. The estuary flows out onto the more harbor-like beach and offers safe swimming for children. Many homes are set high on the hills up Centennial Drive that have spectacular views overlooking the beach, to Whitianga township and over to Shakespeare's Cliff and the other side of the harbor where Cooks Beach, Hahei and Cathedral Cove lay. This end of the beach is still close enough to enjoy the town’s amenities but far enough to be away from the hub. If you'd prefer to be within walking distance of the town with the shops and restaurants, look at the homes we have listed under Buffalo Beach, Whitianga destination.
