DESCRIPTION
|
A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home located on Ocean Beach Road with a vacant section between it and the beach on the same side of the road. Because of the slight slope in the section the sea is not visible from the house but it can be heard.
Features DescriptionThe house has polished particle board floors with carpet squares and/or rugs and the window coverings are fabric drapes and/or Venetian blinds. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, bedside table, walk in wardrobe and a stacker door leading to the front deck. Outdoor living areas include decking at the front, the side and at the back of the house, there are bushviews and the property is fully fenced.
Surrounding DescriptionAmenities include numerous free tennis courts, a general store/dairy for grocery items and liquor, Pipers Cafe and a hardware/hire store. There are also many well planned reserves and access walkways to the beach, it is flat and fun for young cyclists. Very social atmosphere during the summer and a popular choices for families.
