A older Lockwood style 3 bedroom home with the distinctive wood panelled walls, located on an elevated site with extensive seaviews overlooking Pauanui Beach, the estuary, the bush and the ranges. Located within a 5-minute walk of the estuary, ferry, restaurants and shops via a bush and Pohutukawa lined walkway, or a ten-minute walk to the ocean beach.
Features DescriptionDecking runs along the front of the house with ranchsliders leading from the living area and one of the bedrooms and the third bedroom has ranchsliders leading to a paved area at the back that gets the early morning sun. The dining area is carpeted has a round wooden table with 4 wooden framed fabric covered chairs and 4 vinyl covered chairs. Outdoor furnishings include a picnic table, sun umbrella and a 3 burner gas barbeque. There is a garage available for you use.
Surrounding DescriptionAmenities include numerous free tennis courts, a general store/dairy for grocery items and liquor, Pipers Cafe and a hardware/hire store. There are also many well planned reserves and access walkways to the beach, it is flat and fun for young cyclists. Very social atmosphere during the summer and a popular choices for families.
