Casa de las Brisas features 9 bedrooms and is the largest villa in Manuel Antonio. The house can be rented as a five-bedroom house, or the additional bedrooms can be booked as well. This beautiful 9,200 square foot home showcases jungle beauty out back and magnificent ocean views from the front. This 5-level home has unique features including a multi-colored glass skylight which creates lovely patterns on the wood floors.  A 25-foot teak pole extends from the floor to the vaulted ceiling. All flooring is a combination of solid teak and Italian tile. The fully-equipped kitchen contains all modern American appliances.   From Jan. - Dec. 14 2007:5 Bedroom minimum, $800 for extra rooms.  Jan. - Dec. 14 2008: 5 Bedroom minimum, $880 for extra rooms

Features Description

The television on the main level has a Bose surround sound system, and both TVs come equipped with cable. The game room has a regulation pool table and indoor plunge pool accented with a waterfall. Large glass doors provide an expansive view of the jungle outside.  A personal representative will greet you upon arrival and will be available to answer any questions, recommend excellent tours and excursions and ensure your comfort and enjoyment during your stay.  We will be happy to make your first shopping trip for you.  Just send a list of everything you want. Other services that can be arranged are daily maid service, catering, gardener, houseman, concierge and private chef.

The house is located 70 yards down a paved somewhat steep driveway in a gated community. From the many levels and balconies you will have breathtaking views of the ocean and the jungle which is home to many monkeys, sloths and exotic birds.

This villa is located on the Pacific Coast just 4 miles south of Quepos and 1 mile north of Manuel Antonio National Park. It is easily accessible from the San Jose airport by a 25 minute flight, or a scenic 3 hour drive.
