The villa looks out onto woodland at the rear and gives a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere to relax in. Located in the Thousand Oaks subdivision, this great home is a wonderful alternative to a cramped hotel room for your next family getaway.
Features DescriptionThe villa is a tastefully decorated single story home, it has three bedrooms and is fully air conditioned with private swimming pool, heated if required. The pool is covered by a protective netted enclosure called a lanai to keep all bugs away from our guests. It is maintained and checked regularly by our agents. The breakfast bar and adjacent dining area give plenty of room for enjoying your meals. Leading off from the kitchen is a large double garage with washing machine and dryer for your laundry. A pool table and dartboard are also contained in this area for our guests enjoyment. The Lounge is spacious and central to the villa and has a three seater and two seater sofa.

Nearby Attractions Description10 minutes drive from the famous highway 192 and 15 to 20 minutes from Disney theme parks, 30 minutes from Seaworld and Universal Studios and 45 minutes from Busch Gardens using the interstate highway I4, which is only a 5 minute drive away.
