DESCRIPTION

Amidst a quiet residential enclave of private villa estates in the small village of Bucerias, this private oceanfront estate has been recently renovated by its new owners and can now accommodate up to 16 guests. The main house consists of five beautifully decorated bedrooms that open onto private terraces, all with king-size beds and private bathrooms. Two of the rooms have ocean views while the remaining three have pool views.A large great room on the main floor opens onto outdoor dining with view of the ocean and garden. The media room is complete with a 42" wide high definition TV, DVD and VCR player, satellite television, wireless high-speed Internet access, an "all in one" fax/printer/copier/scanner, and a dedicated phone line where guests can make unlimited calls to the US and Canada at no charge.The media room also provides two day beds. Beyond the main house, in the center of the estate, is the junior-size Olympic pool with chaise lounges and a guest house with two bedrooms, each with private bath and king-size bed, and a kitchenette. All rooms on the estate have central air conditioning. Maids, cook, caretaker, gardener and bilingual property manager are included in the rental, catering to your every need. Miles of sandy shore along fabulous Banderas Bay inspire long walks, or you can lie under the palm trees on the private beach side patio and await another magnificent sunset.
