This is a relatively new adobe town home, located in a sought-after compound just off Gonzalez, a short walk to Canyon Road.Your patio is spacious, and provides wonderful mountain views; the covered portal area affords you a relaxing respite and pleasant dining options in Santa Fe’s year-round “outdoor†climate. The principal king bedroom suite looks out to the wonderful Jemez mountain views. The second bedroom suite provides a queen bed. Additional guests can be accommodated on the full size living room sofa bed.The furniture throughout the house is a wonderful Santa Fe mix of traditional, rustic and southwestern design. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, if you can tear yourself away from Santa Fe’s many world-class restaurants! And, the dining room will easily accommodate six for sit-down dinner. There is also an office “niche†off the hall, which provides a desk and computer work space, all under a skylight. With wireless high-speed internet.Casa Puesta del Sol is convenient to everything! A short stroll (3 blocks) will take you to the many restaurants, galleries and shops of Canyon Road. From there you can walk on to the Plaza, with its museums, galleries, restaurants and shops. Or, if you plan to ski or hike, you are just off the ski road- no need to make your way through town before beginning the 20 minute drive through national forest to Santa Fe’s wonderful 12,000-foot mountains.Practical amenities are not forgotten in the provision of kitchen necessities, 3 cable TVs, music, telephone, washer/dryer, barbecue grill, and firewood. There is off- street guest parking as well as garage space for one car. Casa Puesta del Sol is available throughout the year when its owners are not able to come to Santa Fe.
