After the beautiful experience of "the Pope's House", where our guests spent a memorable vacation in Rome we present you with our newborn: "The Roman House". The Roman House is the perfect deal for those who want to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Rome. As it is our custom, the house is the penthouse of a 7 floors building with elevator. The house has been recently refurbished and can comfortably accommodate up to 5/6 people. The Roman House is fully accessorized with air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD and CD Players, kitchen appliances, safety box, washing machine, Jacuzzi, spectacular terrace with barbeque, dining table and sun-bath beds. The house is composed of a wide living room with a double bed couch and a single bed armchair; a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a dining area, one bathroom with Jacuzzi and a terrace. The house is located in the heart of the Appio-Latino neighborhood, a few steps away form the Via Appia and the subway stop "Ponte Lungo" (Line A). The roman House can be easily reached from both airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and from the Central Station (Termini).The house is within walking distance to restaurants, pizzerias, bars, movie theaters, shops, supermarkets, night clubs, green areas and archaeological sites. The house is very well served by public transport (bus and metro) and going downtown is easy and fast. In 10/25 minutes you can reach the main interest sites such as P. di Spagna to the Coliseum, Fori, blabla. Reaching the Basilica of San Giovanni is a nice walk in the archaeological park of the Caffarella and through the typical neighborhood market of Via Sannio.
