Also has a new screened in porch through the sliding glass doors through the kitchen. located about 3 1/2 blocks from the beach...5 minute walk to the ocean. Also, just walk right around the corner and find a super huge playground that offers everything to all ages...swings, go-rounds, basketball court and even an enclosed hockey rink. Only pet under 15 lbs allowed with an extra $100 per week.
