The open living area has two leather sleeper sofas, large screen TV, DVD player, decorative fireplace, game table for four, and access to deck with ocean view. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with four bar stools. The dining area has seating for up to ten. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, TV, DVD player, chair, and private bath with jetted tub and separate glass shower. A private balcony has two chairs with a pool and ocean view. The second master is located to the right of the living area. The king bed has a TV, DVD player, chair, and private bath with jetted tub and separate glass shower. A private balcony has seating for two with a pool view. The upstairs deck is furnished with a dining table for four and four extra chairs for relaxing and reading a book. The pool area has a large pool with a jacuzzi, chairs, and a gas grill. In the garage, there is a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, TV, and stereo with CD player. An elevator is also available for guest use.
