DESCRIPTION
Fourteen steps lead up to the entrance of this wonderful Hilton Head Island vacation home. It is located a short bike ride or walk to Coligny Plaza which features over 50 shops and restaurants. The welcoming southern style front porch is complete with rockers! This Hilton Head Island home is the ideal location for your next island retreat!

Features Description

As you enter the open living room you will find a loveseat, four chairs, TV, DVD player, and door to the back deck. The living room overlooks the entire large backyard and private pool. To the left of the living room is the updated kitchen featuring heart of pine floors that is fully equipped and has an eat in area for four. The dining room has seating for ten. There is a comfortable den with a sleeper sofa, desk with wireless internet, and TV w/DVD. The master bedroom is off the den with a king bed, single daybed, TV, and private bath with jetted tub and separate glass shower. The washer and dryer is located in a closet in the master bedroom suite. To the right of the living room are three additional bedrooms. The first is a queen bedroom with a bathroom located across the hall with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares the bathroom with the first queen bedroom. A second master with king bedroom is located across the hall and has a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. There is a door to the back deck and has a pool view. The back deck has a dining table for four, with additional seating and a new gas grill. Fourteen steps lead down to a gated pool area with lounge chairs and additional chairs for seating. The pool is approximately 15 x 31 and has a jacuzzi. A sliding glass door leads to a downstairs room with a dining table, mini kitchen including a refrigerator and microwave, and bathroom with a shower. Wireless internet is available to guests at no additional fee.
