There is plenty of cabinet space to prepare a delicious meal. There are romantic fireplaces in the living room and bedroom. The living area offers modern furnishings and a wall of windows for you to enjoy the view. There is also a futon bed for additional sleeping space. With walk out access to the patio, the first bedroom offers a TV and a comfortable bed. The second bedroom is decorated in pale yellow and includes great bedding. The private bathroom boasts duel sinks. The laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer. (The owners live upstairs.)

Located just 30 feet from the no bank waterfront, this apartment style suite offers a private dock for summertime swimming, boating, and fishing. Three 8' French doors open directly onto the yard and shores of Lake Washington. The private deck can accommodate dinner for eight with a gas grill and even a fire pit for late night bonfires.

For visitors there are too many attractions to count. Worldwide, the Space Needle is known and admired. It was built in the early 1960's when Seattle hosted a world fair from which a great many innovations sprung. It was the springboard that catapulted Seattle into the mainstream of worldwide commerce. On the waterfront, folks can ride the state ferries, or a string of sightseeing boats. Major cruise line carriers jump off from here to tour the majestic British Columbia and Alaska coastlines.
