The dining room seats 6 and leads to a spacious master suite with a king bed, small TV, walk-in closet and private bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV/DVD, and private bath with a shower.

Surrounding Description

Located in Shipyard Plantation, the Colonnade Club complex has many desirable features including covered parking and views of the golf course and lagoon. Colonnade Club is a quiet secluded community,but within walking distance to the beach. These units are contemporary in design, and there is a pool and hot tub on site. Use of the villas beach locker at the Shipyard Beach Club, which is equipped with beach chairs, is available to guests.
