The Saida Towers gated community contain many excellent on-site amenities including numerous tennis courts and three swimming pools.

This upscale condo was recently remodeled in 2008. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom contains a queen sized bed, a spacious closet and master bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds. For extra sleeping space there is a queen sized sofa sleeper, altogether six people can be accommodated. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and counter-top seating. The comfortable living room contains natural light and exceptional views of the gulf. The living room and master bedroom both have access to the large covered balcony. More amenities include a 37" flat screen TV, wireless internet, and on-site laundry facilities.

Saida Towers amenities include a sauna/spa, fitness center, business center, tennis court, clubhouse and swimming pools. There is an on-site restaurant. More dining and shops are just a short walk away. The beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are all open to the public. South Padre Island features endless attractions for water and nature lovers.

Nearby Attractions Description

South Padre Island spans 110 miles along the Texas Gulf Coast. Enjoy some of the best surfing along the Gulf of Mexico at Isla Blanca Park south of the island. The shallow Laguna Madre is home to many wildlife refuges and excellent bird watching opportunities. Also at Laguna Madre and the Gulf of Mexico is swimming, fishing, fly fishing, dolphin watching, jet skiing, wind surfing, kite boarding, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Nature lovers will enjoy observing wildlife and sea life at the South Padre Island Dolphin Research and Sealife Center and at the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center spanning over 50 acres.
