This three bedroom plus den, and one bathroom townhome is nicely furnished with original artwork and mixed decor including mountain rustic, desert southwest, and a mix of country throughout. On the first floor there is a heated two car garage and a den that has a double futon and a private bathroom. The second floor is the main level with the great room including an open, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living area. The main floor also has a master bedroom right off the great room with a queen bed and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The top level has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a private bathroom, and a second with a captain bunk bed and a pull out twin trundle. Entertainment is endless with the cable TV, VCR, DVD player, and stereo system. Enjoy relaxing and warming up by the gas fireplace after a long day on the slopes

Sawmill Station is within walking distance to downtown Winter Park where there are many fine restaurants and shopping places to choose from. Located on the shuttle route it is simple to get to the ski resorts where you can enjoy fresh powder and fabulous skiing. This townhome offers an outdoor private hot tub for added rejuvenations during your stay.

Make the short trip to the town of Winter Park and hike, bike, or horseback ride the many Rocky Mountain trails. Or enjoy fishing the lakes and streams, or golfing the Pole Creek Golf course, or take a train ride across Devil's Gate High Bridge.
